Striking metal disc earrings with an embossed tribal design.
The detail is embossed onto the thin metal discs that are then moulded to form a convex surface. They are finished with single black beads on metal links.
These earrings were handmade in the Kibera slum of Nairobi, Kenya.
They were produced by a group of women supporting the work of Chaffinch and Future Stars. Some have children who attend the free primary school, and this is their way of contributing to their children’s education.
The earrings are packaged mounted on black felted card with a header card indicating their origin.
